Erin Kampert, HIS
Hearing Instruments Specialist
I just moved to Pittsburgh recently from Ohio, and was fortunate enough to join the team at Echo Hearing Systems. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology at Kent State University, and have been working in the hearing industry for the last 4 years. I love the opportunity to help people that this job offers. Just as no two people are alike, no two hearing losses are either. I believe that everyone deserves individualized attention to address their hearing needs. I really enjoy working closely with our patients, and assisting them to hear at their very best. Life is worth hearing!!
Krissy has recently joined the All-American Hearing Network team at Yareck’s Better Hearing Center. After completing graduate school, she took time away from the audiology field to start a family. During the hiatus, her passion for helping people did not diminish. Her goals include helping people achieve the best quality of life possible through improved communication with loved ones.
Patient Services Coordinator
Michelle has been with ECHO Hearing Systems for 6 years. She oversees the offices to make sure patients’ needs and concerns are being taken of. Her favorite part of her role as Administrative Coordinator is the interaction with patients in person and on the telephone. Michelle is the first person you will see when you come to our office or contact us by telephone. You will always be greeted with the warmest welcome because Michelle believes that life is worth hearing.
Great service. I was treated with respect and they took the time and explained the entire process of getting hearing aids. They are very adamant about me understanding how to adjust to all of the things I was hearing now. Follow up visits allowed for me to make any changes...Rick DeSano, on Google+
